Here are few things We could have did better through the development:
- Although the game is call "Memefection" , but them wasn't really clear through both gameplay the visual of the game.
- We could rework the art of the cards and board to strengthen the theme of the game and make it related more to the idea of "meme".
- First few round of the game play very slow and repetitive, we had this problem from the beginning to the end of thedevelopment and failed to solve it.
- Granting player ana amount of point when they started the game. Instead of letting them start with 0 points and slowly increase that number through their gameplay, we should give them 10 points at the beginning so they could get into the actions as soon as the round begin.
- Rules are still confusing and complax even after we cut mechanics out from the game.
- At this point we don't know what else we could cut from the game since what we have right now is the core of the game. I think a solution of this problem is to reqork the rule book and change the wording, making short, clear, and less sentences for the player to read. Images could also help for understand the rules too.
- Visual on the board need an improvement on indicating where players could and couldn't go.
- putting roads and bridges between districts that would help the players to undderstand where they could go.
